有机种植业简介

        Before the first inspection takes place, the farm has to present an organic management plan to the certifier; this plan has to be updated annually第一次检查之前,农场应向认证机构提交一份有机管理计划,应每年更新该计划
ü       A farm diary must be kept, recording the main activities on each plot必须保持农场日志,记录每个地块的主要活动
ü       Invoices for purchase of fertilisers, pesticides, seeds, etc., must be filed购买肥料,农药,种植等的票据必须存档
ü       Harvested quantities must be recorded for each crop必须记录每个作物的收获量
ü       The farm needs at least a simple system of bookkeeping for sales of organic products农场需要至少一套单独的有机产品销售记录系统
ü       In addition, JAS requires "grading" records: before selling products with the JAS logo, the pro­ducer has to double-check and record fulfilment of JAS standards.另外,JAS要求分工记录:在销售带有JAS标签的产品之前,经营者应仔细检查记录JAS标准的实施情况。
 
9.      Knowledge:知识
ü       The farmer has to keep a copy of the respective standards and has to study them农户应保存各个标准的复件并应进行学习研究
ü       The farmer needs an adequate level of knowledge on organic farming rules and technolo­gies.农户需要适当水平的有机农业规则和技术的知识。
